Growing Weed

I have to admit, as much as I like consuming it, I've never tried growing weed. It's equal parts fear, equal parts I-kill-anything-plant-like-that-comes-into-my-general-vicinity.

I have a friend who's pretty big into hydroponics, though, and it's been interesting to watch his progress. His wife left him so he converted her old sewing room into a grow room. Which I thought was pretty funny, if not the best use of space. But he's had good success so far in his growing weed adventures, so I guess I can't knock.
